Most people who have Irritable Bowel Syndrome feel that it is quite necessary to list out the things that they eat .But this is not enough, as you should also consider about the method by which it has been prepared.

So in order to make a list of food you eat, you should add particular terms for it, and by the way it has been done. So along with say ‘Fried Rice’, you should not only add that to the list, but also add how it had been prepared, what all were used for it etc. Moreover you also need to take care of the timing of eating your food and also your mood at the time of eating a specific food.

The list you make should be met with proper routine and you need to check it regularly. The most suitable time is at the night, at which you can collect detailed list of the whole day. Each explanation is quite essential and should be given care. Even a chocolate that you had will tell you the truth of your Irritable Bowel Syndrome, if you list your food taken clearly.

The foods that may induce your appetite or for which you have a craving, can be avoided by setting a common diet. Your personal dietician or doctor will help you in charting a suitable diet plan for you, based upon the list you have made about the food that you eat.
The most important food that you need to include in your diet is fiber rich food which will reduce your constipation, which is one of the common symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

The faeces also will have sufficient quantity, if you add fiber rich content in your diet. Thus the best way of fighting with the symptom,’constipation’, is to add fiber rich fruits like orange, banana etc. The fiber works by inducing volume to the stools.

The foods that show signs of problem are supposed to induce the symptom. The food that induces the syndrome is actually those that are rich in fat as it slows down the digestion of other foods. Even fat itself, is not completely dissolved as it is stored in several parts of the body as flab.

While carrying out a diet chart for Irritable Bowl Syndrome the first and foremost thing to do is checking whether you are taking regular meals i.e. at the proper time. This syndrome is actually connected with intestinal tract or colon, so as you keep on eating in time, it will get used to it and would regulate the movement of the bowel and its muscles accordingly.

If the symptom of diarrhea predominates in Irritable Bowel Syndrome, the most beneficial diet chart will be, to take small meals at regular intervals. As in diarrhea, the symptom is mainly watery stools, it is important to follow your doctor to check out the amount of water that you should have.

Generally the amount of water or fluid intake should be high. Though alcohol operates well, caffeinated drinks, alcohol based beverages; carbonated soda etc. should be avoided. Carbonated sodas produce gas, thereby resulting in a bloated belly, while caffeine may cause diarrhea and induce the intestine which worsens the condition further.

Irregular Bowel Syndrome may also be due to dairy products like cheese, mayonnaise etc. and moreover the substance lactose connected is not dissolved or accepted which will all lead to IBS. If you are not tolerant to lactose, then switch over to yoghurts instead of pure milk which will provide you the same protein, else you can also use an enzyme to help in breaking the lactose

You can drink milk and milk products, but try to be alert if you are having Irritable Bowel Syndrome as they need to be totally removed from your diet, if you undergo any symptom following it, in place of milk, since you need to compensate with high amount of protein, calcium, vitamin B with some other substitute.
